Potato Kabobs
So Diane gave me a copy of the latest edition of Midwest Living and it had some really great looking recipes in it. One was for "Potato Kabobs". I made them today and loved them. All you do is take baby potatoes and boil them in salted water until they are fully cooked. Then drain them, and skewer them onto long metal skewers. I brushed them with italian dressing before grilling but the recipe did not say to do that. Grill them enough so they get kind of crispy and have some grill marks on them. They were fantastic! I will definitely be making these again. I love potatoes and am always looking for good ways to prepare them.
