Beef Stroganoff

Tonight I made Beef Stroganoff, another recipe from my latest Taste of Home issue. It was mediocre. I didn't think it was terrible, but it wasn't great, and the fam said they prefer the Hamburger Helper version. The meat in this recipe came out pretty chewy, even for being sirloin. It just didn't thrill any of us. Another flop.
