Scored Potatoes

Tonight I made this recipe for Scored Potatoes from Taste of Home. These were great. I also added garlic salt to them and used more butter than called for. Also I had chicken baking at 425 so I just baked these along with the chicken- at this temp they were done in about 40 mins. You can definitely add whatever spices you would like to this dish. One of the reviews talks about how they added raw diced bacon to the tops before cooking- sounds awesome! Definitely adding these to the master list.
