Colby Hash Browns

Yesterday I tried a recipe from Taste of Home for Colby Hash Browns. They weren't awful, but I have so many other potato recipes I like better that I don't know if I would make this one again. Also, it was too salty- definitely skip the added salt if you're going to make it. And, I think the potatoes should be thawed before starting the recipe. Not adding this one to the Master List.
