Blue Cheese Dressing

Blue Cheese Dressing from Sip & Feast

I've made this a few times now and it is excellent. I didn't have buttermilk, but the lemon juice makes up for it. I didn't measure anything. I also add a tiny bit of sugar to this. I find this method of mashing with a fork is better than using a blender which is what I used to do. Best to make this and chill it in the fridge for awhile to thicken up.
