Best Sauce Recipe

5 cloves garlic
small to medium onion
4 mild sausage
boneless country style spare ribs
two 18 oz tomato paste
four 28 oz tomato sauce
28 oz puree
3 tsp parsley
3tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 T sugar
3 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 cups grating cheese
shakes red pepper & basil

Meatballs:
2 lbs 80-90% ground beef
1 lbs mixed meat (pork, veal etc)
3 eggs
3 tsp pepper
3 tsp parsley
3 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 c grated cheese
1 1/2 c italian bread crumbs
provolone cut into small pieces

makes approx 29 meatballs
