- 11 oz pkg vanilla wafers, crushed + additional whole wafers
- 16 oz Cool Whip
- 1/2 gallon rainbow sherbet, softened
Mix crushed Nilla wafers with Cool Whip. Press mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Spoon the sherbet on top and spread evenly. Cover & freezer for 8 hours. Remove from freezer 10 mins before serving and line edges of pan with whole vanilla wafers if desired. Slice and serve.
