Texas Hold 'Em Dip

Here is one of my favorite recipes from the cookbook, I need to start making this more often. I just had it last week at a going away lunch and it was amazing!

TEXAS HOLD 'EM DIP
(a.k.a. Warm & Creamy Dip)

(16-oz.) ctn. sour cream
(8-oz.) cream cheese, softened
(3-oz.) real bacon bits
1 c. chopped green onion
2-3 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in 1 quart baking dish. Cover and bake at
400° for 25-30 min. Uncover and bake for 5 min to brown. Serves with chips or crackers of your choice.
