Best Salad Ever
For this recipe, there really are no measurements. You just take fresh raw cauliflower cut into tiny pieces, crispy crumbled bacon, your choice of lettuce or bagged salad (I prefer something not iceberg- romaine is good), mayonnaise (preferably Hellmann's/Best Foods) and parmesan cheese. Mix all together, adding more mayo as necessary to make it creamy enough, but be careful not to add too much. Serve immediately. Leftovers do not store well as the lettuce gets soggy.
