White BBQ Sauce

So, I'm addicted to the White Sauce at Holy Smoke BBQ, and wondered if I could ever figure out how to make it. Well a simple search for White BBQ Sauce brings up tons of recipes that are all very similar. Here is a Paula Deen video showing how to make Bob Gibson's white sauce.
