Chicken Taco Burgers

Tonight I made Chicken Taco Burgers, a recipe from the most recent issue of Taste of Home. They consisted of ground chicken, onion, taco seasoning, garlic and eggs. They were awful. For one thing when you mix up the ingredients you have a big bowl of slimy goo that you can't possibly form into patties. So I added some breadcrumbs, there was no way I could shape these into burgers otherwise. I grilled them as directed in the recipe, and they came out so dry. Not much flavor either. These might have been better with ground beef, but I doubt I'll bother to try it. At least my corn came out good.
