Tonight I made Glazed Pork Chops from Taste of Home. They consisted of mixing apricot preserves, italian salad dressing and Dijon mustard, using some of the mixture as a marinade and the rest of it as a glaze when grilling the chops. They weren't bad, but they didn't have a lot of flavor, so I don't think I will make them again. I would prefer just plain old bbq pork chops to these.
