Turkey in the Crockpot

Turkey in the Crockpot
loosely based on this Taste of Home recipe

3 lbs boneless turkey breast, cut in half, mesh removed
4 cloves garlic, freshly minced
pepper
2 T brown sugar (or less to taste)
1 jar turkey gravy, lowest sodium you can find (optional)

Place turkey in the crockpot, add rest of ingredients and cook on low for about 5 1/2 to 6 hours or until cooked and tender. Serve sliced or shredded with biscuits or items of your choice such as mashed potatoes, stuffing etc.

oh good, maybe adjustingthe cooking time will work for your crockpot better.
