Aunt Fanny's Pasta Soup with Little Meatballs
I tried this recipe for "Aunt Fanny's Pasta Soup with Little Meatballs" from my Best Lost Suppers cookbook. The recipe can be found here along with a video showing the recipe being made. This was okay and I would probably make it again. I didn't like the chunks of tomato so I think next time I would run the tomatoes through the food processor before adding them to the soup- just personal preference. I also added a little bit of sugar because I just felt like the soup was too acidic. I might also add a bay leaf next time. Overall this was decent.
