Simple Pan Fried Pork Chops from Pioneer Woman

Yesterday I made Simple Pan Fried Pork Chops from Pioneer Woman. They were okay. I didn't absolutely love them, though I have to admit I am kind of sick of pork chops. I might try these again sometime and more heavily season them.
