Herbed Greek Roasted Potatoes with Feta Cheese

I didn't actually make Herbed Greek Roasted Potatoes with Feta Cheese, but had them at a friend's house today. These were incredible. She fried them in a pan and they came out fine, or you can bake them like the recipe calls for. She made them along with homemade gyros, and the whole dinner was incredible. I am definitely adding these potatoes to the Master List. These might be good with a little cayenne added too.
