Grilled Potato Wedges


Tonight I made Grilled Potato Wedges which is a recipe I found in Midwest Living magazine. I used a mixture of sweet potatoes and russets, and made the Creamy Chive sauce using sour cream, mayo, fresh garlic chives, seasoned salt, dash of worchestershire and fresh grated parmesan. It was awesome! I would love to try that even as a chip dip. I will definitely be making this recipe again, though next time I will only boil the potatoes for 6 mins. 8 mins, as called for in the recipe, is just a little too long and the potatoes start to get mushy. Definitely adding this recipe to the master list.

Those look great! I love grilled sweet potatoes, but I have never tried russets. I'll have to save this recipe and give it a try.
