Breakfast for Dinner
Today we had breakfast for dinner. I made a recipe called "Make Ahead French Toast" which was from the June/July 2009 issue of Cook's Country magazine. It wasn't that great, and I would not make it again. I have several other french toast recipes I would like to try in the future. I also made their recipe for "Homemade Breakfast Sausage" which was decent. It tasted okay, but I am not sure it tasted any better than store-bought. I guess the advantage to making it at home is you know exactly what went into it. I am not sure if I liked it enough to make it again though. I forgot to take pictures of either thing, but since the recipes weren't that great I don't feel too bad about it.
