Homemade Chip Dip

A few days ago I tried this recipe for homemade chip dip. It is called Onion Dip from Scratch by Alton Brown. I did not measure anything and also added fresh diced garlic chives from my garden as well dashes of worcestershire. I also added a little bit of milk as I felt it was too thick. Overall this was good but came out a touch sweet due to the carmelized onions and worcestershire I think. I will probably make this again.
