Crispy Chicken Nuggets

Yesterday I made "Crispy Chicken Nuggets" which was a recipe from Cook's Country magazine. You have to have an online membership with them to view the recipe, but since it wasn't that great it doesn't matter. This recipe involved soaking the chicken in a brine of water, Worcestershire and salt for about 30 mins. Then dipping in beaten egg whites and coating in a mixture of flour, panko, baking soda, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. These weren't horrible but they were not my favorite. The panko/flour/baking soda mix for the nuggets was good, but I didn't like the seasonings it. I think it would have been better with Season Salt and cayenne. Next time I want to try Pioneer Woman's recipe for chicken strips.
