Pioneer Woman's Meatloaf
Tonight I made Pioneer Woman's Meatloaf. Didn't love it. I think I like the Quaker Oat classic meatloaf recipe better, though I still haven't found *THE* meatloaf recipe. Nothing ever seems as good as my grandmother's, though I think she just used the Quaker recipe. I should look into America's Test Kitchen/Cook's Country recipes for meatloaf- I have a lot of good luck with their recipes. The bacon on this was a nice touch but won't be making this again. I still love Pioneer Woman- she's great.

I have several friends who like the Pioneer Woman. Have you tried many of her recipes?
I have tried quite a few, if you search my blog they come up. A few have been amazing, and then a few haven't wowed me, but I still love her. I love the way she writes and think she's hilarious!
