Low-Fat Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Tonight I made Low-Fat Broccoli Cheddar Soup from Cook's Country Feb 2008 issue. You can view the recipe here. Well, it was absolutely horrible, HORRIBLE! Haven't made a recipe that bad in awhile. UGH. I'll stick with Big Boy Cream of Broccoli soup copycat recipe and add cheddar to that. As much as I like Cook's Country, every once in awhile I get a real dud.
