Beer-Battered Onion Rings
Yesterday I made this recipe for Beer-Battered Onion Rings from an issue of Cook's Country. These were very good, although it was a little tricky to get the batter to be the right consistency. I substituted cider vinegar for the malt vinegar and I used vidalia onions because it's what I had around. I will definitely make these again!
