Almost-Famous Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa

I made this recipe for Almost-Famous Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa which is a copycat of Chipotle's version. I thought it was pretty good, though not exactly the same, and I can't quite pinpoint why. Maybe needed a little more jalapeno, I don't know. But it was very good and I will definitely make it again especially for burrito bowls at home!
