Pork Scaloppini
I made this recipe for Pork Scaloppini last night. It was incredible. I used more garlic than called for, which is always good. I also thickened the sauce with a cornstarch slurry because I wanted a thicker sauce. Next time I'd add a little more brown sugar than called for, and I definitely want to try substituting chives, basil or tarragon for the parsley. This was so quick and easy. I just used pork cutlets I bought from the grocery store. Definitely adding this one to the Master List.
