Marla's Maple Pork

So I made this recipe for Marla's Maple Pork last night. I could swear that this a Taste of Home recipe but I couldn't find it on their website for some reason. This recipe was incredible. Everyone loved it. I forgot to add the orange zest and it was still great. Also, I did not have any ground coriander so I substituted with 1 tsp cumin. I will definitely make this again. This would also be great on chicken or fish! I would not marinate this longer than an hour as I think the flavor would be too strong.
