Smoky Scalloped Potatoes

Yesterday I made this recipe for Pat Neely's Smoky Scalloped Potatoes. It was pretty good but basically your average scalloped potatoes with some smoked paprika thrown in. I do like smoked paprika but it's not something I could eat very often. Not sure if I will make these again.
