Campfire Potatoes
Yesterday I made this recipe for Campfire Potatoes. I am not totally sure where I got the recipe from, but I think my mom printed it out for me. The recipe print out says "Taste of Virginia Cookbook" but I found the exact recipe on Taste of Home's website but credited from a different person. Anyway, these were incredible. I baked them in the foil packet because it just seemed easier. I used dried parsley, not fresh, because that's what I had on hand. They still came out great. Next time I might bake them most of the way and finish them on a grill. Everyone loved these and they were so easy. Next time I will add minced garlic too! I will definitely make these again!
