Stir-Fried Chile Beef & Broccoli
Tonight I made this recipe from Eating Well magazine for Stir-Fried Chile Beef & Broccoli. It was just okay. The sauce had decent flavor but I would have liked more sauce in the dish. If I made it again I would probably double the amount of sauce. I also added baby corn to this which I thought was good. I think this recipe crossed with this one I made awhile back for Chinese Beef with Broccoli, would be the perfect homemade chinese.
