Teriyaki Grilled Chicken
I've been trying to make things from scratch when I can, to avoid processed ingredients. For this recipe, I substituted some maple syrup for the honey because I did not have enough honey. I used boneless skinless chicken. Recipe came out great but next time I would: add quite a bit of salt to the marinade, more ginger, more garlic and some brown sugar. I will definitely make this again. Marinating overnight is key!
