Katie Lee's Beef Stroganoff from Every Day with Rachael Ray Magazine
This was incredible! Next time I will omit the salt entirely and add some near the end. It was a bit too salty. I also would double the mushroom amount (personal preference). I used brandy because that is what I had on hand- and I think I would use a little more than called for. This was by far THE best stroganoff recipe I have ever tried. I served it over egg noodles but it would be great with rice as well. I will have to try to more of Katie Lee's recipes- this is the first one of hers I've tried. I will definitely make this again. I also made some homemade tv dinners by freezing the leftovers.
