Slow Cooker Barbacoa

Slow Cooker Barbacoa from Taste of Home

Not bad but way too spicy (and I like spice). I would make it again, but use way less chipotle peppers in adobo, and I'd use water instead of chicken broth.

Also just a note I cooked this two hours in my pressure cooker vs all day in the slow cooker. Came out great.
