Caesar Salad Dressing from All Recipes Magazine
I didn't use anchovies because they aren't something I keep on hand, plus Worcestershire has anchovies in it so from what I read in other cooking magazines- that's close enough. Some day I might try adding some actual anchovies.
I didn't make the croutons- just used store bought, and I didn't measure anything. Basically looked at the ingredient list and dumped it together. Mayo, Worcestershire, minced garlic (fresh), dijon, lemon juice, parm cheese, salt, pepper. I also added a little milk to make it a little thinner.
Definitely better if you let it sit overnight at least.
It is amazing. My family's new favorite dressing, and so much better tasting than anything store bought! Plus I like that it doesn't use raw egg, which most "traditional" recipes do.
Bags of romaine are only like $2.49 at Sam's for a giant bag, so this is a really cheap side dish too!
