Bacon Gravy
Today I made some bacon gravy for breakfast... based on this recipe and this recipe, but I didn't measure anything. Make sure to brown (but not burn) the roux a bit before whisking in the milk. I added a splash of Worcestershire and a dash of cayenne. This was great. Next time I would add some crumbled bacon. Great served with biscuits or home fries. 9
