This was excellent! I loved the fennel flavor. It was my first time cooking with fennel bulb! I would definitely make this again and I will definitely add fennel bulb to more recipes. I did learn that I do not prefer pappardelle- too eggy for me. I would prefer just regular linguine next time. I will definitely make this again.
