Citrus Grilled Chicken from Cooking with Paula Deen
I could not find this recipe online. But basically you marinate chicken in a mixture of orange juice, minced garlic, honey, EVOO, kosher salt, thyme, rosemary, onion powder and pepper. Marinate up to 24 hours. Grill chicken reserving excess marinade. While cooking bring reserved marinade to a boil over medium heat, stir in cream and butter and cook until slightly thickened. Serve drizzled over the chicken.
This was really great and I plan to make it again!
