Brown Sugar Pineapple Chicken from Cooking with Paula Deen Magazine
I can't find the recipe online and I didn't follow the measurements closely, but it was brown sugar, Dijon, kosher salt, garlic powder, pepper, Worcestershire, 1 pineapple peeled, cored, cut into rings and juice reserved, red onion cut into 1/2 inches slices and brushed with oil. I used canned pineapple and it wasn't terrible.
Reserve some marinade. Marinate chicken. Grill chicken, pineapple slices and onion slices and brushed with reserved marinade. Great for chicken thighs but can use on breasts also.
