Potatoes Anna from Cooking with Paula Deen Dc 2017
I could not find this recipe online. I did not follow it exactly, but it was very easy and very tasty.
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Peel Yukon potatoes, slice very thin. Heat cast iron skillet, add butter, after it's melted, remove from heat, add a layer of potatoes, then some melted butter, kosher salt, rosemary, & pepper. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up. Bake uncovered for around 30-35 until cooked and bottom and some of the top is crispy. Very good!
