Best-of-Both Worlds Lobster Roll from Bon Appetit

I made this recipe with frozen cooked lobster meat. It was very good but next time I would definitely do it with fresh lobster meat as the frozen wasn't quite as good. Love this recipe though as it is a hybrid between a traditional cold New England lobster roll and a hot butter Connecticut style lobster roll.
