Smoked Ribs in the Ninja Woodfire
Set to smoker setting, 250 degrees, time 4 hrs (it won't take that long, probably more like 2 1/2 hrs). Insert thermometer. Cooking is complete when ribs reach 203 degrees.
Be sure to remove membrane from ribs, and use whatever rub you like. I like brown sugar, and a bunch of spices and salt thrown in. And brush on some bbq sauce near the end of cooking.
