I have never had Smothered Turkey Wings before. Made this today and it was very good. The flavor was awesome. It came out very greasy though, and the wings were a little bit rubbery. I think if I made this again, I'd brown the wings first, and before making the gravy, I'd drain off the drippings in the pan completely. I had this over mashed potatoes but it would be great over rice or maybe egg noodles. I may make again someday, or I will at least use the seasoning combination.
