Kevin Ashton Meatballs for Spaghetti
These were good but tasted too much like meatloaf. I might make again but leave out the bell peppers.
Process in food processor until a puree/paste:
red bell pepper
green bell pepper
onions
garlic
parsley
mix
ground beef and italian sausage, 3 to 1 ratio
eggs
parm
Add puree
In food processor make panade:
white bread
milk
beef base
Add to meat mixture. Add parm cheese, salt, pepper, italian seasoning.
I added red pepper flakes
Mix into meatballs.
