Cherries in the Snow
1 pkg graham crackers, crushed
1 pkg 4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
½ tsp vanilla
1 cup Cool Whip
1 can (16 oz) cherry pie filling
Press crushed crackers in bottom of pan. Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy, add vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread onto crust and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Top with cherry pie filling.
