Garlic Cheese Ball

Garlic Cheese Ball

6 oz spreadable cheddar cheese spread (such as Kaukauna or Cracker Barrel)
8 oz pkg cream cheese (can substitute low fat)
5 oz jar of Kraft pimento cheese
2-3 cloves garlic, minced (more or less to taste)
chopped pecans (optional)

Let cheese come to room temperature, then thoroughly mix cheeses and garlic. Form into two balls and roll in pecans or spread in pan and top with pecans. Let set overnight in refrigerator. Serve with your favorite crackers. *Pimento cheese can be hard to find, look for it near the Cheez Whiz, or you can always order it here. For a twist on this recipe, add some liquid smoke to make a smoky cheese ball.
