Pork Chops w/ Gravy

I got this recipe from a friend a long time ago. It is super easy and so good. You take pork chops, sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper or whatever seasoning you like, brown then in a pan with melted butter and remove to a plate. Add two cans of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic soup and some milk (probably about a 1 cup maybe more; the original recipe may have called for water but I use milk), mix well and then add pork chops & accumulated juices back to skillet. Cover and cook about 10-15 minutes or until chops are cooked through. Serve over white rice. It is so good! And by the way, I love using a rice cooker. You basically dump the rice and water in the rice cooker, turn it to "on" and it cooks the rice perfectly. I didn't own a rice cooker until a few years ago because I figured it was an unnecessary gadget, but now that I have one I wouldn't be without it!
