Fried Risotto Appetizers
Tonight at Cooking Club we had a cookie exchange, but the host made some really amazing appetizers, including these fried risotto patty-things. I asked her how she made them and she said you make risotto- she uses Marsala instead of white wine in the risotto. Add parsley, italian seasoning, and I think she said she put some garlic in too. (I hope I am not forgetting something!) Let the risotto cool over night in the refrigerator, and then form into little patties and fry in hot vegetable oil until crispy. Serve immediately. They were INCREDIBLE. Words can not describe! I can't wait to try making these!
