Loaded Potato Casserole

Tonight I made Loaded Potato Casserole and I thought it was pretty mediocre. The flavor wasn't amazing, and it was a lot of work. I think I'd rather just have a baked potato with butter, sour cream and bacon bits. It would taste better and be WAY less work. Besides that, this is horribly unhealthy, which would be okay with me if the taste was worth it. But if I'm going to eat something this unhealthy, it better taste amazing, and this didn't. Some people would probably love this recipe, but I won't be making it again.
