Sausage Dip!

Today I had this awesome dip at a friend's house. The recipe is super easy. Brown a roll of regular breakfast sausage, drain off the fat, add a block of cream cheese to the pan and stir it around until it melts. Then add a can of drained Ro-Tel and mix well. Serve warm with tortilla chips. I also want to try this with some cheese added.
