Thin-Cut Cuban-Style Pork Chops
A few days ago I made this recipe for Thin-Cut Cuban-Style Pork Chops from Cook's Country Apr/May 2010 issue. It was pretty good, thought it could use a touch of sugar just because it was pretty acidic. Also, I prefer the onions and peppers to be more thoroughly cooked so I cooked them longer than 5 mins before proceeding with the recipe. I think I would make this again, also I think it would work with chicken instead!
