I made this recipe from Taste of Home for Ensenada Shrimp Cocktail for a Super Bowl Party today. It wasn't bad, but I am not sure if I would make it again because I have so many other appetizer recipes I really love, that I don't see the point in making one again that I didn't think was amazing. If I did make this again, I would add some minced garlic, lime zest and maybe some red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper or some of the jalapeno seeds to ramp up the flavor. Surprisingly this dish wasn't very spicy even though it had raw diced jalapeno and serrano peppers in it.
